Your new, easy-to-read bill is here. The first thing you’ll notice is the new layout:
- The front page provides an account summary and displays your new account number, your current month’s charges and your due date. Your payment stub is at the bottom – don’t forget to tear it off and include it if you pay by mail.
- Page two features information about some of the line items you might have on your bill and the different ways you can contact us.
- Looking for details? Page three has them! This is where you’ll find the breakdown of your usage, charges and any programs in which you are enrolled. We’ll show you the timeframe, the service address and the details for the meter at this address. If you have multiple meters, the billing details are listed separately. And, you’ll be able to monitor your energy usage with a handy graph each month.
- The last page of your bill features messages about our programs, services or other important information you need to know.
